A picnic by the lake and rhododendrons in full bloom at The Place for Plants in East Bergholt.
Today we went to the Place for Plants – a garden centre in East Bergholt. We took a packed lunch and sat by the lake to enjoy our picnic – so did the ducks! After lunch we walked around the gardens to see the fantastic array of rhododendrons and visited the shop. Naturally Beryl couldn’t come home without a pot plant and lots of residents bought small pin badges in support if RSPB.
The weather was fantastic and a great day was had by all.
